Last reviewed September 18, 2026. This notice covers the Donor Search Co. 90-Day Continuous Donor Search pilot website.
The coverage-review form stores your email address, the banks or sources you have already searched, a short description of what has made the search difficult, your decision timeline, consent, referral source, page path, and submission time.
Do not enter names, addresses, medical records, genetic reports, donor IDs, payment information, or other sensitive identifying details in the initial fit check. If the pilot proceeds, any later information request will explain why it is needed and how it should be shared.
We use it to assess whether the pilot can cover your search, respond to your request, operate and improve the service, understand which resources lead to useful requests, and prevent abuse. The fit check is not used to make medical, genetic, or legal decisions.
We do not sell or rent fit-check information. Information may be processed by the hosting and operational service providers required to run the website and respond to requests, or disclosed when legally required.
We keep submissions only as long as reasonably needed to assess and respond to the request, operate the pilot, maintain necessary records, and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, submit the fit-check form using the same email address and begin the description with “Privacy request.” Do not include additional sensitive information.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. The pilot is intended for adults and is not a sperm bank, clinic, broker, medical provider, genetic counselor, or law firm. This notice may change as the pilot develops; the review date above will be updated when it does.
